Our remix contest with WAVO was a massive success and now that the comp’ has closed; we can review the stats… 77 remix submissions is quite incredible; moreso for a new artist and music; MANCHESTER RAIN is blown away by the quality of some of the submissions!
We will be judging all submissions, arguing the toss and going back and forth before settling on the winners. The winners will join the official Vintage Division remix (single out August 15th as a Beatport exclusive) on a ‘Manchester Rain’ Remix EP, and will be officially released; on all mainstream and niche stores. As well; the winners will enjoy exposure by an official PR campaign pushing the music to big DJs and radio.
We will spend the next fortnight deciding on the winners; so stay tuned to find out the results!
