DELIVERY
For physical items: allow ten working days for delivery (inside the UK) and 14 working days, internationally (outside of the UK) as some physical items are made to order and subject to fulfilment timelines. Delivery is via Royal Mail inside the UK, normally via 2nd class Recorded Delivery and ‘Airsure’ for international orders, depending on the destination country. Digital deliveries are automatic and will be delivered to the email that you specify at checkout.

RETURNS
You can return physical goods within 14 days of receipt, for an exchange or refund. Goods must be in ‘as new’ condition. We reserve the right to not accept returns if we deem an item to be used or worn, for example. The item must be in the original packaging with any and all tags present. PLEASE NOTE that you cannot return digital items: music files, ZIP files, or Sample Banx sound libraries.

SAMPLE BANX
Sample Packs are delivered in ZIP folder formats: you will have to unzip the downloaded ZIP file and then drag the contents to your desired location. EG: Desktop. You cannot return sample packs, as their usage cannot be determined.
